- A list of your medications
- Your e-card (Austrian health insurance card) and, if applicable, documents from your supplementary insurance
This is a private practice (a so-called “Wahlarzt”, i.e. a doctor without a contract with the statutory health insurance funds). You pay the fee directly; your health insurance fund reimburses part of it.
